Last updated: June 2026

RevenueGPS is operated by Bright Cherry Pty Limited (ACN 620 801 934), trading as Traffic Ninjas. By accessing or using RevenueGPS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About RevenueGPS

RevenueGPS is an invite-only ecommerce audit and recommendation tool for Traffic Ninjas clients and approved users.

The tool helps online store owners identify growth opportunities by analysing information about their store, products, offers, traffic, sales, conversion, customer experience, and marketing activity.

RevenueGPS may work with Shopify stores, WooCommerce stores, and other ecommerce stores.

For Shopify stores, RevenueGPS may connect to authorised Shopify store data through Shopify OAuth or another authorised Shopify connection method.

For non-Shopify stores, RevenueGPS may rely on information you provide manually, screenshots you upload, files you provide, public store pages, and other information you authorise us to analyse.

RevenueGPS uses Traffic Ninjas' ecommerce methodology with AI assistance to produce plain-English recommendations.

RevenueGPS provides educational, strategic, and informational recommendations only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

2. Access and eligibility

Access is by invitation only and is currently limited to clients and approved users of Traffic Ninjas. You must have a valid Traffic Ninjas client relationship to use the service.

3. Store connections, uploads, and manual inputs

RevenueGPS may collect and process ecommerce store data in different ways depending on your store platform and the features you use.

If you connect a Shopify store, you authorise RevenueGPS to access the Shopify data covered by the permissions you approve.

If you use a non-Shopify store, including WooCommerce or another ecommerce platform, you may provide store information manually, upload screenshots, upload files, or provide access to public store pages or other relevant business information.

You must only provide, upload, or connect information that you are authorised to share with us.

You are responsible for ensuring that screenshots, files, and manual inputs do not include unnecessary sensitive information, private customer information, payment details, passwords, access tokens, or confidential third-party information.

We may use information you provide, upload, or authorise us to access to generate audit reports and recommendations, provide support, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve RevenueGPS.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all store data. We access your store data only to generate your audit report and do not sell or share your data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  1. provide accurate and lawful information;
  2. only connect stores, upload screenshots, upload files, or provide data that you are authorised to share;
  3. comply with Shopify's terms where you connect a Shopify store;
